1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SpreadDash ("us", "we", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use SpreadDash.

2. Use of Service

SpreadDash provides a platform for creating and managing dashboards from your Google Sheets, Excel, and CSV. You agree to use SpreadDash only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others, including but not limited to activities such as spamming, distributing malware, or attempting unauthorized access to SpreadDash or third-party systems. Your use must not restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of SpreadDash by any third party.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of SpreadDash, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, submit, or otherwise transmit through SpreadDash. You agree that your content will not violate any applicable laws or regulations. SpreadDash reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, with or without notice. You retain ownership of your content but grant SpreadDash a non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

5. Intellectual Property

SpreadDash and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use SpreadDash's intellectual property without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SpreadDash is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that SpreadDash will be uninterrupted or error-Free. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any damages arising out of your use of SpreadDash will be limited to the greater of the fees paid by you to SpreadDash in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the liability, or £100. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or revenue, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access to SpreadDash at any time for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use SpreadDash will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SpreadDash shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body. You waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, providing additional notice (e.g., via email). Changes will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of SpreadDash after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
